PRACTICES

Currently I focus my practice on international investment law, international trade law and international arbitration.

International Arbitration

I represent clients in arbitration under various major local and international arbitration institutions such as BANI, BAPMI, SIAC, AIAC, HKIAC, CIETAC, ICC and ICSID as well as under major arbitral rules such as LMAA, SCMA and UNCITRAL.

International Investment Law

My practice starts from advising on foreign investment regulations, structuring foreign investment, treaty shopping, obtain admission and setting up foreign investment  company as well as advising on corporate aspects of such company, flotation and corporate financing, advising investment treaty dispute/arbitration (investor-State dispute/arbitration) related to Indonesian BITs and ASEAN agreements including to take local remedies required to be undertaken under such BIT.

International Trade Law

My international trade law practice includes advising on trade regulations, market access and trade disputes and covers the range of complicated issues, including antidumping, countervailing duty, safeguards, and other trade remedy proceedings and WTO   dispute  resolution.
